The objective of Alpha Xi Delta’s Academic Achievement Program is to support women in the attainment of their academic goals and the fulfillment of their academic potential. At the national level, Alpha Xi Delta collaborates with each chapter individually to assist in the development of an Academic Achievement Program tailored to the specific needs of that chapter. While an outline and certain requirements are provided, the program implemented by the Iota Chapter at West Virginia University is uniquely designed to align with the needs of its members. Alpha Xi Delta is committed to helping women recognize their full potential, and academic success remains a central component of both the chapter's mission and achievements.
